Inspiration + Article

I found this video to be very inspiring. Go for it people . . .

Makes  you think, doesn’t it?

Lowcountry Parent magazine has an article this month about camping with kids in SC state parks. We’ve camped at Edisto state park and Devils Fork State Park, both are amazing and I highly recommend them. The author interviewed me for some tips for camping with kids. Check it out below.

Great Getaways: State Parks offer ways for Lowcountry families to get away and reconnect.

“Camping gives you time to focus on family and shed what weighs on you daily — laundry, house cleaning, homework. We always take that time to unplug phones and computers,” stresses Lauren Corbett, manager of The Backpacker outdoor retailer, who frequently camps with her husband, Luke, and children, Fleet, 6, Luke, 5, and Elizabeth, 1. “The kids get so happy running and playing outside.”
